Biography
Samuel Sánchez Caballero is a Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain), based at the Alcoy campus. UPV+1
He teaches both undergraduate and master’s level courses, and supervises many Bachelor’s and Master’s theses (he has supervised over 129 TFG/TFM). UPV
His research work is carried out at the Institute of Design for Manufacturing and Automated Production (Instituto de Diseño para la Fabricación y Producción Automatizada). UPV+1 His research interests include structural and topological optimization, genetic algorithms, material fatigue, tribology, and modeling & simulation in mechanical engineering. SciProfiles+2UPV+2
To date, he has published around 59 journal articles in peer-reviewed journals. UPV He has also authored 8 books, 3 additional books, and 24 book chapters, as well as many conference papers. UPV+1
