Biography

Miguel Ángel Sellés Cantó is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de València. He teaches undergraduate and master's courses and supervises and mentors students. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, tribology, metal forming and bioengineering.

He has written 5 books and 4 book chapters, published more than 35 articles in peer-reviewed journals and taken part in 9 research projects. He has served as Technical Chair of the International Research Group on Tribology in Manufacturing (IRGTM) and has been a fellow of the Society of Spanish Manufacturing Engineers (SIF) since its foundation in 2004.
